Attorneys and Plaintiffs Exit Hearing on New Yorkers for Religious Liberty v. City of New York

Attorneys gave oral arguments in the federal appeals case against New York City's vaccine mandate as workers fired under the mandate rallied outside. I spoke with some of them on the courthouse steps.

Attorneys for New Yorkers for Religious Freedom spoke on the courthouse steps after a February 8, 2023 hearing in the case brought by workers who were denied religious exemptions to New York City’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Several plaintiffs also talked about the case with me.
