There’s a lot going on in the courts right now with mandate-related cases, so I’m starting this new column to keep you up to date. I will still be doing more in-depth coverage of important cases and talking with attorneys, but Laws & Orders will be a way for me to bring you some brief news items on the latest developments.

I’ll also be including items of interest that I come across in new regulations, rules, orders, policies, bills, and other legalesque rigamaroles too. As I’ve said before, I think this is a critical period in the mandate era, so it’s worth keeping an eye on the legal and regulatory decisions being made.
