Judge Porzio set an August 14 date for class-certification arguments in DiCapua et al v. City of New York et al.

In a July 18 hearing, Richmond County Supreme Court Judge Ralph Porzio denied a motion by the City to dismiss DiCapua and set an August 14 date for the next hearing. Attorney Sujata Gibson and her co-counsel Michael Sussman will present arguments for certifying the lawsuit as a class action.
